High AIMS School Districts are better TOGETHER! It is imperative to empower our school leaders to create capacity for building strong relationships and increasing leadership strategies to transform school culture. The question is, “How do we do this?”  If your school district is working on ways to transform education, mark your calendar for you and guest (if interested) to attend a High AIMS training on March 11th  (1 pm-7 pm) and March 12th  (8 am – 12 pm) at AC Marriott, Liberty Center – 7505 Gibson Street, West Chester, OH.  

Tom Murray, Director of Innovation for Future Ready Schools in Washington, DC and author of the best selling book, “Learning Transformed.” Participants will have an opportunity to reflect, share risk taking experiences, learning outcomes, and practice how leaders model and encourage a culture of change.

Following the Mar. 11 session, we will have a social hour from 5-7 pm at a restaurant (TBD) in Liberty Center. March 12 wil begin with a buffet breakfast at 8-8:45 am in the AC Hotel. We will conclude by noon on March 12.

Innovative Leadership and Planning for the Future – Part 2

High AIMS School Districts are better TOGETHER! It is imperative to empower our school leaders to create capacity for building strong relationships and increasing leadership strategies to transform school culture. The question is, “How do we do this?” 

If you’re interested in attending a second series, please mark your calendar to attend another session on March 27th from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM at Little Miami Central Office in the Panther Room located at 95 E. 22&3, Maineville, OH 45039.

Brian LaDuca, Executive Director of Applied Creativity at UD, and several High AIMS school districts will facilitate the next session. Participants will continue to experience a collaborative process while problem solving through an applied creativity framework in order to identify future needs. You will also have an opportunity to observe how some districts have begun playing in this arena.
