Consortium Governance/Leadership

The High AIMS Management Council is comprised of superintendents from member districts. The Council meets 9-10 times per year and oversees the work of the consortium. Superintendents are expected to attend Council meetings on a regular basis.

The High AIMS Planning Committee is comprised of member district curriculum leaders. The Planning committee is a key group in considering, designing and implementing professional development. The Planning Committee meets monthly at a central location. The network built as a result of the work of the Planning Committee is considerable and is viewed by its members as one of the great assets of the consortium.

The work of the consortium is overseen by Bob Yearout, Executive Director; Susan Brown, Program Coordinator and Math Specialist; and Emily Morgan, Science Specialist. All work on Part-time contracts.
